Limex has developed unique foam units to apply disinfectants – such as Menno Florades – as a foam. These units form an extension of your existing machine and optimise the washing process.

Foaming ensures disinfectant remains on the surface for longer: more effective disinfection as a result

Applying disinfectant as a foam considerably increases the contact time between the disinfectant and the product surface. It results in a more effective disinfection process and requires lower concentrations of disinfectants. Environmental impact and costs are also reduced.

Precision Foaming

After years of practical testing and rigorous design revisions, we developed precision foam: the application of a very precise layer of foam that can be accurately adjusted in terms of thickness, and instantly and automatically reactivated when required.

Menno Florades

Menno Florades is known for its high-quality disinfecting properties with minimal environmental impact. In countries including Germany, Menno Florades is even permitted in organic systems.

Numerous units already in use and growing interest

Around 25 foam units are currently being used with success in the Netherlands and Germany. The units are also attracting interest from other countries such as Italy, Mexico, Scandinavia and the United States.
