We are pleased to announce that Atlantic Man. has obtained European Patent No. EP4124239, granted on April 2, 2025 by the European Patent Office, for our seeding machine, valid throughout the national territory and in many European and non-European countries such as Spain and Turkey.
Just a few days later, on April 25, 2025, the same patent was also registered as a Unitary Patent, extending its validity to 17 European countries including Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria, and Belgium.
Patents are fundamental tools for protecting technological innovations: they grant the holder the exclusive right to commercially exploit the invention for a specific period of time, preventing others from copying or using it without authorization.
