The Buschhoff machine factory from Ahlen/Westphalia presents the TOURMIX 04 XL. It combines the advantages of the popular TOURMIX 04, such as the large mill, the powerful filter, and the en-larged rotary valve, with a significantly larger 17,500 m³ mixer. This allows customers to produce 10 tons of feed at once while still enjoying the benefits of a screw-type machine (e.g., continu-ous grinding with weight measurement and dust-reduced discharge with the screw). The maximum flexibility, high performance, and easy operation of the existing TOURMIX04 series are natural-ly retained in the XL mixer with two mixing screws.
The TOURMIX04 has also undergone significant improvements in the control system. Using the new TOURMIX Office app, operators can view the live location of their machines and the current system status, as well as exchange data, recipes, and mixing logs directly with the office online. It is also possible to send reports directly to the customer or accounting department via email.
