Van der Voort is a pot plant grower from Honselersdijk in the Netherlands. They grow spathiphyllum, azalea and ludisia. Van der Voort is member of Decorum Company and Air So Pure. They opt for the total concept of different types of plants, pot sizes and decorative materials. A clean working environment is part of this total concept. For this reason, Van der Voort has invested in a Stefix 95 floor sweeper.
Previously, cleaning the processing area was done with a broom and an industrial vacuum cleaner. This works reasonably well, but the vacuum cleaner’s capacity was far too small for the workspace that has to be cleaned. With sweeper this room can be cleaned within 1 hour instead of multiple hours. The Stefix 95 has a capacity of 6,200 square metres per hour. Besides that, a Stefix 95 sweeps and sucks dust at the same time. The dust is sucked up into the dustbin, where sweeping with a broom only moves the dust. The dustbin can be emptied easily and everything is clean again.
