For more than 30 years, Bato has been adding value to the production of (bio)plastic products. We are pioneers in our field and proud of our achievements. We are committed to offering the very best quality for a fair price and with a minimum impact on the environment, backed up by outstanding service levels. Our driving passion is looking for innovative and appropriate solutions – together with growers – that are designed to maximise yields.

Always tailor-made

Do you have a product idea or would you like to innovate together? We will not rest until we have found the perfect solution. If necessary, we can adapt our products and create tailor-made solutions. We listen carefully to our customers and invest in a mutual relationship: We help our customers and they inspire us in turn. We are proud of all the knowledge of our growers; they help Bato to develop the best products. Vice versa, our people have been visiting horticultural businesses for years. This has enabled them to really get to know the growers of, amongst others, fruit vegetables, soft fruits and potted plants, and their daily work. Together we always arrive at a tailor-made solution: a win-win situation.

Sustainable future

The world is constantly changing, as is the horticultural sector. At Bato, we love innovation and sustainability, because there are also plenty of sustainable alternative materials available for the production of plastics. In our search for the most sustainable solutions, we keep a close eye on the quality of our products. Since 2001 we develop and produce horticultural products made from biodegradable and compostable material.
