SUMA has designed the new Z-MIX central agitator for use in biogas plants and various industrial applications. The Z-MIX enables effective and efficient mixing of a wide range of substrates.
The vertical agitator is perfectly designed to comply with the customer’s requirements based on the geometry of the tank, the substrate properties and many other factors. The design is customised using software-supported flow simulations and load calculations.
The Z-Mix is available with a wide range of capacities from 3.0 kW up to 45.0 kW. The (low) speeds can be set to between 10 and 60 revolutions per minute.
One to four alternately mounted propellors mix the liquids easily and accurately. The optimised propellors are available in sizes between 1 and 6 metres.
