We developed the HydroPatrol platform: a smart online tool that provides real-time insight into the performance of your water treatment installation. Malfunctions that only become apparent when it’s too late cause downtime and stress. Many greenhouse growers and water technology installers recognize the problem. HydroPatrol enables preventive maintenance and faster resolution of malfunctions.

What is HydroPatrol?
HydroPatrol is a user-friendly online monitoring platform that provides access to current and historical data from your water treatment systems via a web login. This includes measurements of pressure, flow, temperature, pH, and more. The platform bundles this data in a clear dashboard. User-friendly navigation allows you to see the status of your system at a glance, but you can also click through to trends and graphs.

How it works in practice
Thanks to HydroPatrol, a customer with multiple units noticed that the pressure difference in one of its installations was slowly increasing, a sign that the membranes were becoming contaminated. In the past, this would have led to a malfunction at an inopportune moment. Now, our service department was able to contact the customer in advance and schedule maintenance. Production continued to run and the customer was able to keep its schedule on track.

Implementation and access
New systems delivered from January 2026 onwards will have standard access to HydroPatrol. The first year is complimentary, so users can experience the platform without any barriers. After that, use is optional, via a subscription.

The interface is designed for speed and convenience: after logging in, you immediately see the most important information. For those who want more detail, graphs, alarm history, and trends are accessible with just a few clicks.
