Lionel Artusio becomes interim CEO and succeeds Bruno Cheval;
CleanGreens Solutions SA today announced the nomination of Lionel Artusio as Interim CEO replacing departing Chief Executive Officer, Bruno Cheval. The Board of Directors extends its heartfelt appreciation to Bruno for his outstanding leadership and commitment over the past years.
Under Bruno’s guidance, CleanGreens evolved from a promising startup into a thriving scale-up company. He played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s commercial, operational and technical capabilities, laying the groundwork for global expansion with projects in Europe and the Middle East. His vision and leadership were instrumental in notably securing a landmark contract to deliver the world’s largest aeroponic greenhouse in Kuwait — a milestone that validates CleanGreens’ business model and its potential to deliver large-scale sustainable agriculture.

To ensure continuity and sustained momentum, the Board of Directors appointed Lionel Artusio, one of its key members, as new Interim CEO of CleanGreens Solutions SA.
