Hans van der Poel BV offers a complete range of bucket fillers, from a basic SoloFill bucket filler to a fully automatic SquareFill 500 with rack inserter

Our simplest models, the SoloFill and QuickFill, are suitable for all containers / buckets, these are automatically supplied with the correct amount of water after which the buckets are manually removed from the filling platform.

The AquaMatic is specially designed for stacking round buckets, but nowadays, with some adjustments, it can also be used for stacking square Quadro buckets  and/or so-called Carrefour buckets. The AquaMatic is available with buffer belts of 1.25, 2 and 3 meters. The SquareFill 100 is a compact destacker/filler used for stacking off containers or Proconas. The SquareFill 500 bucket filler is the faster version of the SquareFill 100. It features a feed conveyor for the stacks of containers and a container lift system that raises the containers to the desired height.

Both types of SquareFill can also be optionally equipped with the AquaMatic’s destacking unit in order to also optimally handle round buckets. The most complete version, the SquareFill+, can also automatically place the various mounting racks on the containers. All types can be equipped with the so-called micro dosing system for adding cut flower food to the water. For exact dosing, with an accuracy of up to 0.2 ml, this pump is linked to the water volume.
