Hortimec spraying booms: prevention of fungal diseases

Dutch company Bejo Zaden wants to work organically and no longer use chemicals. They use the spray booms of Hortimec, equipped with UV-C lamps. To nip fungal diseases in the bud, or rather treat the crop preventively, UV-C light is used. Milldew is treated with UV-C-technology on Hortimec boom irrigation – no need to use chemicals.
