Zantingh has been using the Siemens LMV burner management system for a long time and now introduces the latest version: the LMV6.
The energy transition that we are in worldwide is changing the role of the gas burner and Siemens is responding to it rapidly. The integrated fuel-air and capacity controller will continuously be renewed, can be expanded in many areas and therefore is future-proof. As many as six independent servo motors – including three so-called high precision actuators -, enable control of the burner for multiple alternative fuels. Furthermore, the system can be expanded with O2 control, flue gas recirculation or Wobbe measurement equipment, to meet the ever higher demands for greenhouse gas emissions and at the same time ensure optimal efficiency of the gas burner.
The AZL6 user interface, which is built into the door of the burner switch panel, has a large display with “scroll button”. A clear menu structure with intuitive graphics and icons makes operation quick and easy for both end users and mechanics when programming the controller.
