Presscon nitrogen generators

9 March 2015 | Int. Greenhouse Guide |

PRESSCON is for over 15 years a specialist in the field of nitrogen generators. The base of our core business is formed by the construction of nitrogen expansion systems in horticulture. We build systems for horizontal and vertical storage tanks.

– Low air factor, 1: 2,85 (1 Liter N2 = 2,85 Liter compressed air required)
– Energy consumption is 50% lower than competitive systems
– Smaller compressor capacities required
– Equipped with extra pneumatic valves for a better energy management
– Compact ( Size frame: l x w x h, 60 x 60 x … cm )

Benefits of PRESSCON HPSA technique

– Low noise level
– No air dryer needed
– Intergrated adsorption dryer
– Long service life of the carbon, so lower depreciation
– Minimum of rotating parts, so lower failure rate and less maintenance
– Low risk of dust by integrating of a spring clamping system
– Always 99% pureness of nitrogen
– Systems with large capacities are possible
– More resistant to oil and water what is present in compressed air
– Modular construction, so easy to maintain
– Protected by a patent
– Completely manufactured in company, so production is custom made
