The innovative system cleans tyres, wheels and shoe soles purely mechanically while driving or walking. The patented brush strips work actively thanks to their inherent tension and angled brush position. ProfilGate® operates 24 hours a day without the need for external energy.

The system consists of stainless steel bins built into the floor. The bins have a depth of 4.5 cm and the floor under the bins must be 100% level. In this bin are 16 grids with parabolic brushes. By driving over the brushes, the brushes are pressed into the disinfection liquid and the liquid rises to the top through the moving bristles. This cleans the tyre and disinfects at the same time. The ProfilGate system is not otherwise mechanical all that is needed here is a drain per bin to clean it. And is ideal for cleaning wheels and very hard-wearing.
