SAB sandwich panels on new hubs Westerman Logistics MG park in Sweden

In 2021, SAB participated in an amazing project for the new MG park in Malmö (Sweden). The project contains two big logistic facilities. MG Real Estate and Westerman Logistics are the new owners of these amazing facilities.

SAB-profiel has deliverd the wall panels for the new facilities of MG Real Estate and Westerman Logistics. Our secretly fixed sandwich panels SAB WB 120.1000 are used in the development of this project. The Colorcoat® PE 25 in combination with the color: RAL 9005 outerside provide for a nice finish on the new facalities. The sandwich panels are selected by Miclar BVBA and the properties are built by Willy Neassens.

MG park Malmö
The new MG Park in Malmö is a modern business park. The park is an ideal spot for transporting companies, due to the ultimate location nearby the local port. The park and the port are located near Oserund. This water provides a connection between the Baltic Sea and the North Sea. The central location gives transport companies an excellent opportunity to develop growth.

Westerman Logistics
Westerman Logistics is a big player in transport. Westerman always looks for the best logistic solution for their customers. Westerman is a Dutch company with a big ambition to grow. The logistic centre in Malmö can provide in that ambition. The new hub gives Westerman an excellent connection between Sweden and the rest of Europe.

Sleek cladding 
Westerman uses the new logistic centres to achieve an effective and sustainable way of transport. The transport company has already had 18,000 m2 of distribution centres developed for this purpose. The products of SAB can be found on the facades of the new buildings. Westerman’s new logistics hubs are equipped with SAB WB 120.1000 Sandwich panels in a Colorcoat® PE 25 RAL 9005 finish. The total area of the applied product is 13.000 m2 divided between the two buildings.

The future is bright
The Westerman Logistics project is our first completed project at MG park. Currently, SAB is working together with Miclar and Willy Neassens to deliver more work for MG park. We will keep you informed!
