Technical Services is Fancom’s most appreciated department

Fancom has a worldwide network of dealers. Recently, a large number of our dealers participated in an online survey in which they were asked to rate our products, service, account management and logistics, among other things. It is good to see that our distributors are generally very satisfied with our products and services. The feedback will be used to set up improvement actions but will also be a source for new dealer policies to be defined.

Remain distinctive by listening carefully
The worldwide network of distributors represent Fancom from installation to after sales service and are therefore a very important part of the service provision to the users of our products. In order to continue to guarantee our users an optimal experience, we regularly conduct research into the possibilities of improving our services to our dealers. The continuous search for possible improvements in our products and services also fits in with our aim to remain a product leader. In this way we remain distinctive and we will be able to continue to surprise our customers in a positive way.

Technical Service highly valued
Recently, a large number of our dealers participated in an online survey in which they were asked to rate our products, service, account management and logistics. It is good to see that our distributors are generally very satisfied with our products and services, especially the communication regarding our transport, the quality and user-friendliness of our products and the professionalism and expertise of Technical Service are appreciated. Compared to other suppliers, Fancom mainly distinguishes itself positively with the service we offer to our dealers and users. Fancom attaches great importance to this, so it is nice to see that this is seen and appreciated in the market.

Of course, there were also points for improvement, although Fancom was not always to blame for this. For example, the high transport costs were assessed as negative and the delivery times also deserve attention. The feedback will be used to set up improvement actions but will also be a source for new dealer policies to be defined. Finally, it is very hopeful to see that many distributors see the future positively and see growth in both their turnover and Fancom’s share in this. All the more reason to facilitate our dealers to optimize the user experience of our users.
