Equipped with 12 wirelessly controlled grippers, the Visser Multi Planter is extremely accurate and can plant up to 4 plants always in a fixed position in a pot. The machine is designed to plant directly on the carrousel of a Mayer 2400 to reach the maximum capacity.
The Visser Multi Planter is available with a range from 6 to 12 grippers which have XY movement and can move independently from each other. This provides ultimate flexibility in transplanting combinations and achieving high capacities. The newest Visser gripper is improved in strength, precision and durability to guarantee a perfect planting result. Wireless controls means less maintenance is required and flexibility is increased.
The machine can be built with several kinds of infeed and outfeed options. Tray-to-tray transplanting is possible when the machine is equipped with two source chain conveyors. The chain conveyor side guiding is now adjustable with just one rotating handle, improving flexibility and makes is extremely easy to change tray sizes.
The Visser Multi Planter is designed for growers with a wide range of transplanting programs. Almost every combination can be programmed, using a state-of-the-art Siemens touch screen and controls which can store up to 100 plant combinations.
