The mobile feed mill plant TOURMIX04 (made by company Buschhoff/Germany) can now process even larger quantities of grain. For this purpose, the Star Feeder was enlarged by 25% and the filter system was adapted accordingly. In addition, existing sources of restriction within the system were eliminated to further increase performance.
The larger star feeder enables higher performance, especially with difficult components. This not only results in more tonnage per hour, but also to lower diesel consumption per ton.
In addition, the control system of the TOURMIX 04 has been extended in such a way that external operating software (e.g. Agrarmix) can now also send data online to the control of the Mobile feed mill plant and actual data can be returned to the software. With this digital interface, routes, orders, recipes, delivery notes and locations can be exchanged between the TOURMIX 04 and the control center. This avoids duplication of work, increases flexibility and allows routes to be optimized in real time.
