In these systems, many droplets collide with each other, forming larger droplets that fall downward. Inhomogeneous fog distribution is also common. The UMID nozzle technology provides a solution to these issues and optimizes fogging.

Technical Details

  • Attachment to SS Pipe: The system utilizes SS piping. The nozzles can be easily attached to these pipes using a punch tool. This provides flexibility and allows adjustments and additions without the need to dismantle the piping.
  • Independent Positioning: Each nozzle can be individually positioned. This feature is especially useful in high-wire cultivation. The grower can determine the fog direction as desired—for example, slightly upward—without affecting the opposite nozzle.
  • Staggered Nozzles: To ensure uniform fog, the nozzles can be staggered on parallel pipes and within the same pipe. This minimizes dry spots and ensures consistent nebulization.
  • Fog Quality: The system is designed to produce extremely fine fog. Thanks to the unique design of the nozzles, the high-pressure unit is highly energy-efficient. The precision-crafted UMID nozzles are patented worldwide.
