Urbinati is proud to present its high performance seeding line ANTHEA1600, the fastest seeder on the market in terms of hourly production. The machine is designed with special dimensions so as to be able to arrange the trays on the conveyor belt transversely with respect to the direction of advancement; this feature, combined with the perfect modulation of the single work phases of the line, allows to reach a production of 1600 trays/hour.

Trayfiller and covering units have been designed with large capacity tanks, in order to ensure continuity during work and to minimize operators interventions. The stacking unit has also been custom designed to meet the considerable flow of processed trays: the hydropneumatic final stacker allows to speed up and stabilize the stacking operations of the trays.

The PLZ palletizer completes the cycle. Equipped with revolving gripper and automatic pallet dispenser: the best way to maximize the final result and guarantee a very high production.
