CC-trolley loaders have been around for quite some time. They are often bulky and assembled on-site, which makes them difficult to move afterwards and causes them to take up a lot of space in the warehouse.
For many nurseries, a CC-loader represents a significant investment, especially when seasons are short or the machine can only be used in one production line. If this investment could be spread across multiple sites, production lines, or product types, its profitability would increase substantially.
This is where Degramec comes in with the Mobiloader. This CC-trolley loader can handle all types of CC-trolleys, including those with height extensions. The main unit is built into a robust, welded frame with a significantly smaller footprint than competing models. When not in use, the frame is compact and lightweight enough to be moved by a forklift and fits into a standard truck or shipping container. This makes it easy for growers to store the machine during the off-season, freeing up valuable space for other activities.
The mobility of the Mobiloader not only improves return on investment but also reduces delivery and installation times. Since the machine is fully built and tested in our factory, it is delivered as a plug-and-play unit, significantly lowering delivery and installation costs.
Before operation, the trolley shelves are scanned, allowing the user to choose whether to load the entire trolley or only specific shelves. This enables the creation of mixed trolleys. If the next trolley is identical to the previous one, rescanning is not necessary.
As with all Degramec products, the final specifications can be customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration into existing production lines.
