Besseling Techniek in Heerhugowaard has been manufacturing systems for washing greenhouse roofs with the greatest precision for more than 30 years. The quality of working has been our highest priority right from the beginning, and no concessions have ever been made to this. Materials are reused to the greatest extent possible and old machines are regularly modified, updated and modernised to extend their service life for many years to come. The machine itself has been a paragon of efficiency in terms of water and energy consumption ever since it was developed, but improvements have been made even there.
Additionally, the company’s premises have been adapted to facilitate the conservation of energy and water, thus reducing its carbon footprint to the greatest extent possible. All sorts of changes have been made in order to enable the company to conduct its business operations in the most circular way possible.

In addition to training and education, the personal qualities and ambitions of our staff are also taken into consideration with a view to maximising staff retention. Neither is experience ever lost at Besseling Techniek. Thanks to our outstanding cooperation with the local school for senior secondary vocational education, we can rely on a regular influx of trainees and students for our learning-on-the-job programme. Our seasoned specialists are happy to share their experience with these students to help them on their way. They learn the tricks of the trade and are given sufficient space to learn from their mistakes. These young people can, in turn, sometimes apply new technologies that have not yet been fully implemented.
